Help and resolution

Support Policy

This policy explains how to request help and what information should—and should not—be included in a support message.

Last updated October 18, 2026

Getting help

PBCayman support can assist with access, verification, transaction, and general service questions. Contact [email protected] and include enough non-sensitive detail for the team to identify the issue.

Protect your account

Never send your password, one-time verification code, full card details, or private authentication keys in a support message. Support will not ask you to disclose your password.

Response and resolution

Requests are reviewed according to urgency and complexity. Some issues may require identity verification or information from an external payment or service provider before they can be resolved.

Feedback and complaints

If an issue is not resolved, reply to the support conversation and request escalation. Include the relevant reference number and a concise description of the requested outcome.
